In short: this site does not track you. It collects exactly what you type into the form yourself, and it goes only where it gets answered.
theskerry.com is run by the SKERRY studio (Lviv, Ukraine). For anything concerning your data, write to the email in the footer — you get a reply the same working day.
Only what you send through the form yourself: your name, a contact (email, phone or Telegram handle), the request type, the message text, attached files and the address of the page the enquiry was sent from. There is no registration, no accounts and no hidden collection.
There are no analytics counters or advertising systems on this site: no Google Analytics, no social pixels, no trackers.
A form submission travels through the studio server (Cloudflare Workers) into the studio Telegram, where it gets answered. Technically that means two processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (infrastructure, including the site hosting) and Telegram FZ-LLC (the messenger). If you email directly, your mail provider processes the message. The form and the quiz are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile — a «you are a human, not a bot» check. It sets no cookies and builds no profile about you: it only looks at how the browser behaves at the moment you submit. The check script loads not with the page, but only once you start filling the form.
The data is not sold, not shared with ad networks and not used for anything except answering your request.
The single purpose is to answer your request and prepare a website proposal. Under the GDPR that is “steps prior to entering into a contract” (Art. 6(1)(b)) and the legitimate interest of replying to someone who wrote first (Art. 6(1)(f)).
For as long as the conversation or the project lasts. Write once — and the correspondence, files included, is deleted completely, with no “archive copies just in case”.
The site sets no advertising cookies, and no analytics cookie either. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics: it works without cookies, builds no visitor profile and does not follow you across other sites. What it collects is anonymous statistics — the page, the referrer, the country, the device type, the loading speed. That is why the notice at the bottom asks for no permission: there is nothing to ask about. The browser local storage holds three service records: skerry-lang (your language), skerry-theme2 (light or dark theme) and skerry-cookie (the mark that you closed the cookie notice). They stay in your browser and are sent nowhere. Clearing the site data in your browser removes them.
Under the GDPR (for EU visitors) and the Ukrainian personal data protection law you can: learn what data exists about you; correct it; delete it; restrict processing; object to it; receive a machine-readable copy. One email is enough — no forms, no bureaucracy. If you are in the EU and believe your rights are violated, you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
